Thomas Christensen

Chief Financial Officer

Thomas Christensen is the Chief Financial Officer at Bamboh Invest.

At Bamboh Invest, Thomas runs the CFO function along with being engaged with portfolio/portfolio company management & value creation.

He was head of the CEO office and chief of staff at Nets from 2015-2022 working alongside Bo and his senior management team during the buyout and subsequent transformation of the company from a local Nordic bank-owned inhouse payments provider to a leading European fintech champion through a series of bolt-on acquisitions, IPO in 2016, take-private in 2018, carve-out sale to Mastercard in 2020/21 and merger with Nexi in 2021.

Previously Thomas worked as an investment banker for Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and Alex. Brown & Sons in New York and Baltimore and as a physician in the public Danish hospital system.

Thomas holds an MD from Copenhagen University Medical School and a business degree in Economics and Finance from NYU, Leonard Stern School of Business.
